Frances  E.  Thomas

     Mrs. Thomas, 96, Fallentimber, died Friday, June 5, 2015 at her residence.  Born December 20, 1918 in Akron, OH. a daughter of the late William and Elizabeth (Beers) Hilbold.  In 1938 she married William C. Thomas who died February 23, 1968.  Surviving are two children William (Joyce Garman) Thomas of The Villages, FL. and Gloria M. (John) Hollis of Bedford.  Also surviving are seven grandchildren Vonda Noel, David Noel, William (Dawn) Noel, Johnny Noel, Scott (Laura) Thomas, Kelly Thomas and Treeva Hollis (Grant) Crawford and seven great-grandchildren Tommy Bartee, David Noel, Ashley Noel, Cassidy Noel, Rennie Thomas, Charlotte Thomas and Will Thomas.  Also preceded in death by a son Dennis A. Thomas and a daughter Yvonne G. Noel.

     She was a 1936 graduate of Reade Twp. High School and was a member of the Fiske United Methodist Church.  She retired in 1980 as a seamstress from McGregor Shirt Factory, Coalport.

     Friends will be received 2-4 & 6-8 Monday and 10 until the 11 am funeral services at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.  Pastor John Hollis will officiate and burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Glasgow.
