Mr. Kruis, 68, Fallentimber, died Saturday, December 16, 2017 at UPMC-Altoona. He was born August 19, 1949 in Utahville,
a son of the late Fred J. and Ida L. (Cox) Kruise. On March 8, 1969, in Frederick, MD, he married Sandra L. Jasper who survives
along with three children: Robert J. Kruis and his fiance' Buffy Dunlap of Houtzdale, Tammy M. (Mark) Keith of Lyleville and
Cheryl L. (Billy) Maruna of Flinton, three grandchildren Bobby and Jesse Kruis and Brittany Keith and one granddaughter Gwen
Maruna soon to arrive, four great-grandchildren, one brother Lemoine E. in Florida and his special buddy Hunter, his dog.
He was also preceded in death by a son Frederick, III and a sister Lorraine Dillen.
Fred retired from Kitko Sawmill in Glen Hope as an offbearer.
Friends and family will be received Tuesday, December 19, 2017, 2-4 and 6-8 at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.
Burial will be in Beaver Valley Cemetery, Flinton.
