Mary E. Scott

Mrs. Scott, 76, Bellwood, and formerly of Blandburg, died Thursday April 4, 2013 at Epworth Manor, Tyrone following a brief illness. She was born on August 29, 1936 in Philadelphia, a daughter of the late James F. and Katherine (Sink) Bowman and on June 19, 1954, in Glasgow, married Sherman G. Scott, Jr. who survives along with three sons Sherman G. (Betty) of Sinking Valley, James W. (Liz) of Glasgow and R. Lynn (Janey) of Coalport along with four grandchildren Ryan, Justin, Christopher and Kaitlin and a greatgranddaughter Chloe. She was also preceded in death by three brothers James, Robert and William.

She was a 1954 graduate of Reade Twp. High School, was a homemaker who was very busy raising her three boys.

All services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Interment in Cambria Mills Cemetery, Reade Twp.
